Athletes of all ages are encouraged to participate in our sports performance training. Whether you’re looking for a way to improve your 7 year-old athletes’ self confidence, a high school athlete looking to get an edge on the competition or get noticed by college scouts, a weekend warrior looking to improve health and impress friends during a pickup game, or a semi-pro or amateur competitive athlete, we have something to offer you. We will work to improve strength, speed, agility, and explosive power while helping to avoid injuries and improve overall conditioning and health. We offer one-on-one training as well as small group and team training. We are also able to conduct training sessions at our facility in Keizer or on site at your training facility. Our trainers are always willing to speak with anyone interested in getting involved, don’t hesitate to call or stop by and ask to speak with one!
